大型电机串轴的处理和研制新型联轴器的现实意义

摘    要:具有滑动轴承结构型式的大中型电机作为机械设备的拖动电机使用时,在运转过程中经常发生电机转子轴向串动现象。串动严重者,电机轴肩靠在轴瓦端面上运转,使轴瓦磨损过热,影响机组正常运行。作为油田D300注水泵的拖动电机的2极2200kW的高速异步电动机就是一例。本文对电机串轴原因做了具体分析,并采取了行之有效的措施,实践证明是切实可行的。

Abstract:The medium and large electric machines with sleeve bearings, running as the driven machines, are liable to axial hunting, which in some cases, may impose axial thrust on the bearing shell and cause excessive heating, affecting normal operation. A 2-pole 2 200kW asynchronous motor, which drives the water injection pump set D300 for the oil field, is an example. This case is analyzed in this paper and some effective measures are presented.
