聚氨酯浇注轮胎成型系统的设计和研制

摘    要:介绍聚氨酯浇注轮胎成型系统的研究,主要包括芯模、外模及翻转架的设计和研制。试验证明,该浇注轮胎成型系统结构合理、注射成型方便、温度控制稳定。固化后的轮胎花纹清晰,元气泡和缺料现象。

Abstract:The research of the molding system for the castable polyurethane tire is introduced, mainly including the design and development of the core mold, outer mold and rotatable frame. The experiments prove that the molding system designed and developed for the castable polyurethane tire is with a reasonable structure, convenient molding operating and stable temperature control. After curing, the tire is without bubble and underfeeding and the tread pattern is clear.
