摘    要:阐述了网格式整体壁板自适应增量压弯成形过程的基本规律,讨论了直接法、单特征法、双特征法、三特征法与两点法的实现技术、数据基础及其适用范围;在此基础上进行程序设计,得到相应结构下压下量与弧高值特征方程,并自动给出对应压下量与弧高值;在与实验值的对比分析后,验证了这些预测方法的可行性.

Abstract:In this paper,the basic rule on the forming of integral panel skin with grid-type ribs is discussed.Provided with the technique of realization,the data-base and the application range,five feature methods are discussed in detail,which are the straight method,the single characteristic method,the double characteristic method,the triple characteristic method and the two dots method.Using the program designed with the five methods,the solution of the characteristic relation of the stroke and the arc length in specific structure are obtained,based on it,the next quantity of the press and the value of the arc can be forecasted.Compared with the experiment data,it is shown that these methods of forecasting parameters are feasible.
