摘    要:崩落法转充填法过渡层隔离矿柱的厚度对矿山安全生产和经济效益有着重要影响。以某镍矿为研究背景,在4种理论计算结果的基础上,应用MIDAS/FLAC 3D研究不同隔离矿柱厚度对矿房顶底板应力及位移的影响,最后基于Critic客观赋权法对4种隔离矿柱厚度方案进行综合评价,结果表明:以回采率为经济指标,最大主应力、最小主应力、顶板沉降和底板鼓起为安全指标,经优选后得到的隔离矿柱厚度为15.0 m。

Abstract:The thickness of the isolation pillar for mining transition layer by using from caving method to the mining method employing fill has a significant effect on the safety of production and economic performance of the mine.Taking a nickel mine as the research background,based on the results from four kinds of theoretical calculations,the influence of different isolation pillar thickness on the stress and displacement of room roof and floor was studied by means of MIDAS/FLAC 3D.Finally,using the objective Critic weighting method,four programs for isolation pillar thickness were evaluated synthetically.The results from optimization of the economic target of extraction rate and the safety targets including maximum primary stress,minimum primary stress,roof settlement and floor rise indicates that the optimum thickness of isolation pillar is 15.0 m.
