摘    要:传统方法在进行齿轮角度偏差校对时,未构建齿轮三维重建模型,存在高精密齿轮角度校对准确率较低、校对时间过长问题.提出高精密齿轮角度偏差的智能视觉校对仿真方法,有效解决以上问题.通过白光干涉仪提取高精密齿轮实际齿面轮廓角度偏差特征信号,获取齿轮实际齿面轮廓角度偏差信号数据,其中角度偏差信号数据包括波高偏差数据与波距偏差数据...

Abstract:Traditionally,the method does not build a 3 D reconstruction model of gear when correcting the gear angle deviation,leading to low accuracy of high-precision gear angle correction.Therefore,a simulation of intelligent vision calibration for angle deviation of high-precision gear was proposed.Firstly,the white light interferometer was used to extract the characteristic signal of angle deviation of actual gear-tooth surface,and thus the signal data of angle deviation were obtained.The angle deviation signal data included the wave height deviation data and the wave distance deviation data.Secondly,CATIA software was used to build a high-precision gear model with angular deviation.Thirdly,the system calibration was performed on high-precision gears,and then the projector coordinates and camera coordinates of the high-precision gears after correcting the angle deviation were obtained,so that the three-dimensional reconstruction of gear angle model and the intelligent vision calibration of the angle deviation were completed.Simulation results show that the accuracy of the proposed method is higher than that of the existing method,and the calibration time of angle deviation of gear is significantly reduced.This method has great significance to improve the quality of high-precision gears.
