基于有限元的衰荡光腔内温度分布仿真

摘    要:衰荡光腔受温度影响长度变化使腔内光斑模式改变,影响测量精度,为达到衰荡光腔内温度均匀分布,利用仿真平台,对控温箱体内加热片发热功率进行仿真计算。首先设计控温箱体几何模型,确定热传导模型和边界条件,通过有限元分析初步确定控温箱体内温度分布;然后通过参数化扫描和迭代运算,优化控温箱体温度场分布,得到均匀化温度分布所需的各加热片最佳工作功率。通过测试,控温箱体内最大温差小于0.06℃,沿衰荡光腔方向,温差小于0.002℃,达到±0.0005℃的控温精度,满足衰荡光腔内温度变化小于±0.003℃的精度要求。

Abstract:The length of the ring-down cavity affected by temperature changes the spot pattern and affects the measurement accuracy.In order to achieve uniform temperature distribution in the ring-down cavity,the power of the heating plate in the temperature control box was simulated by using simulation platform.Firstly,the geometric model of the temperature control box was designed,the heat conduction model and the boundary conditions were determined,and the temperature distribution in the temperature control box was preliminarily determined through finite element analysis.Then,the temperature field distribution of the temperature control box was optimized by parametric scanning and iterative calculation,and the optimum working power of each heating sheet for homogenizing the temperature distribution was obtained.The tests show that the maximum temperature difference in the temperature control box is less than 0.06℃,along the direction of the ring-down cavity,the temperature difference is less than 0.002℃,reaching the temperature control accuracy of 0.0005℃,which can meet the accuracy requirements of the temperature change in the ring-down cavity less than 0.003℃.
