| 摘 要： | ＬＨＢ１９００系列混合集成ＤＣ／ＤＣ变换器，采用厚膜混合集成电路技术制作，电路采用恒频４００ＫＨｚＰＷＭ推挽结构，功率密度５００ｍＷ／ｍ３，效率达８０％，本文简要介绍ＤＣ／ＤＣ变换器电路设计及工艺制作技术，该系列ＤＣ／ＤＣ变换器可用于军事、航空航天及其它可靠性要求高的领域。

| Abstract: | Thick-film hybrid technology is used to fabricate the LHB 1900 series DC/DC converters. The circuit design in corporates a pulse Width modulated push pull topology at a constant switching frequency of 400KHz,a power density of 500mW/cm3 and an efficiency up to 80% are achieved' This paper presents electrical design and hybrid processing of the converters' These converters can be used in military, aerospace, or other hash reliability appliCations. |
