| 摘 要： | 为减少因低劣的信息质量造成的巨大经济损失,必须对影响信息质量的以提高其质量.为此提出了以顾客需求为出发,以信息生成过程为导向,基于质量功能展开(QFD)的信息质量控制方法.剖析了信息内涵和信息质量指标,建立了信息生成过程模型,并将此模型与质量功能展开方法相结合,设计了信息QFD瀑布式分解模型.最后采用实例阐述了该模型的应用.
