摘    要:中国石油吉林石化公司炼油厂140万t/a催化裂化装置,通过采用外保温模块式新型结构、水热媒技术、新型吹灰器等措施,对烟气余热炉省煤器、给水系统、吹灰系统实施防腐节能技术改造,提高了余热炉进水温度,消除了低温腐蚀隐患,为装置长周期运行奠定了基础;降低了排烟温度,提高了中压蒸汽产汽量,实现了节能的目的。

Abstract:By means of application of new building block structure,using water heat carrier technology,new ash blower etc.,technical reformation was made to flue gas surplus-heat furnace,water supplying system and ash blower system in RFCC plant of oil refinery.After reformation,the temperature of water entered surplus-heat furnace was raised,the low temperature corrosion was reduced,the temperature of flue off-gas was lowered,the output of medium-pressure steam was increased.So the saving energy target was reached.
