| 摘 要： | 随着社会经济发展，续建增层得到日益广泛的应用。在改造前，首先必须进行续建增层前建筑物鉴定。本文简述了已有建筑物在续建增层前的鉴定标准选用、鉴定原则及鉴定方法，并结合实际工程对已有建筑物在续建增层前进行鉴定，并对该鉴定方法提出建议，供同类工程参考。
