| Abstract: | With considerations of problems encountered in siting for lines and substations,the construction planning administrative system of Zhejiang as well as its operational features is analyzed.The necessity of carrying out layout planning for electric facilities based on the overall planning of cities,towns and counties of Zhejiang is emphasized.The content depth of the layout planning is studied. |
