气相色谱法检测小麦中氯化苦残留量研究

摘    要:探讨了用气相色谱法测定5种小麦中氯化苦残留量的检测方法.结果表明:采用酸回流方法提取小麦中的氯化苦,进行毛细管色谱分离检测,灵敏度高.在1~20μg/mL范围内,色谱峰面积与浓度有较好的线性关系,标准工作曲线相关系数为0.9984,氯化苦提取率为95.38%,标准偏差3.42%.

Abstract:the determination of the chloropicrin remains in five wheat samples by gas chromatography method was discussed in this paper.Those results showed that the method by using acid circumfluence and capillary chromatogram detection was sensitive.There was a significant correlation between the chromatogram area and Chloropicrin concentration when the range of chloropicrin concentration was from 1 g/mL to 20 g/mL,and the correlation coefficient of standard analysis curve was 0.998 4.The extraction rate of chloropicrin was 95.38% and standard deviation was 3.42%.
