| Abstract: | It pointed out that responsibility cost management was an important aspect of engineering management,which penetrated whole process of construction management.It was discussed from avoiding risk with better contract definition to optimizing construction planning and elaborate organizing construction,therefore realized broadening sources of income and reducing expenditure and promoting responsibility cost works deepening and upgrading. |
