基于单片机控制的智能充电系统

摘    要:设计了以西门子C504单片机为控制核心的智能充电装置。该装置包括充电电源和单片机控制电路两部分,其中充电电源采用了高频开关电源技术。系统功能实现方法:在充电过程中采集镍镉蓄电池的端电压及电压变化率信息,经二维模糊控制器的分析处理,输出脉宽已经调整的PWM值,PWM经TLP250信号放大控制二次斩波电路中MOSFET开关管的通断时间,通过改变输出的直流电压控制充电电流。
