| 摘 要： | 在刀具圆弧刃切削加工时，刀具的体积磨损量和后刀面磨损量的计算是一个复杂的三角问题，而这两个参数恰恰是衡量刀具耐磨损性能的重要指标。本文推导出了两者之间关系的数学表达式，并给出了工程上易于采用的简化公式。

| Abstract: | While wring tool radius eage to cut, it is complicated in the calculation oftool wear volume and tool wear length on its flank. However,the wear resistence of toolis mainly judged from them. In this paper the mathematic expression of the relationshipbetween them has been derived with spherical triangular mathod. and it has been alsogiven its practical simplified formula. |
