Three Problems about the Development of Small Towns in China

Concerning the development of small towns in our country, there are three main problems. Firstly, the key in the development of the rural and urban areas must be integrative developing of the industrial and city; Secondly, good planning standards ought to be made to promote the process of urbanization; Thirdly, the regulatory plan and urban design should achieve a seamless connection. To present a specific view, the paper discusses these problems by many cases.
