| 摘 要： | 对PASTER超仿棉聚酯纤维的染色及其与氨纶的混纺针织物预定形中的难题进行了研究,并取得了工业化应用成果。通过红光助染剂AC-G105作用,有效解决了超仿棉聚酯纤维深染效果差,染黑色偏光严重的缺点;同时,通过纤维保护剂DP-9810对热定形织物隔热防护,有效消除了该超仿棉纤维与氨纶混纺织物热定形加工中因高温使纤维塑化而手感粗硬的缺陷,保持了织物原有柔软蓬松的棉手感。
