摘    要:以水/倍半乙基氯化铝为引发体系,采用溶液法制备了丁基橡胶(IIR),考察了溶剂配比、聚合时间和聚合温度对聚合反应的影响,通过体积排斥色谱法/示差折光指数/多角激光光散射、核磁共振氢谱及差示扫描量热法对产物进行表征,并与工业化产品性能进行了比较.结果表明,在异戊二烯/异丁烯(质量比)为0.31%、倍半乙基氯化铝/单体(质...

Abstract:The butyl rubber(IIR) was synthesized by solution method using H2O/ethylaluminum sesquichloride(Al2Et3Cl2) as initiator system.Effects of solvent ratio,polymerization time and temperature on polymerization were investigated.The IIR was characterized by light scattering/refractive index/ultraviolet viscostar,1H-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry and differential scanning calorimetry,and the properties of prepared IIR were compared with those of commercial IIR.The results showed that the IIR with number-...
