中性点不接地系统电磁式电压互感器问题综述

摘    要:35 kV及以下中性点不接地系统母线上装设电磁式电压互感器,引起的问题主要是铁磁谐振和由单相接地故障恢复后电容释放的电流所引起的TV高压熔丝熔断,对于电力系统稳定、安全、可靠的运行十分不利。分析了事故产生的机理以及抑制措施,给出了物理仿真结果。

Abstract:In neutral non-grounding system,with the voltage level at 35 kV and below,electromagnetic TV is always installed on the bus,which brings about two problems: the ferroresonance and the blown PT high-voltage fuses caused by the massive free charges produced after the recovery from a single-phase-to-ground fault.The two incidents are very unfavorable to the power system stability,security and reliability.This paper analyzes the mechanism of these two incidents and the suppression measures,and formulates the ph...
