计及系统调频需求的风电场有功调控策略研究

摘    要:随着风电并网容量的快速增加,风电功率的波动性与随机性给系统的调频控制带来的困难也更加突出。为此,提出一种计及系统调频需求的风电场有功控制策略,该策略依据分层思想,将控制系统分为风能管理层、风电场调控层和风电机组调控层,并根据风电机组、风电场运行信息和系统实时频率偏差等分为正常运行、紧急调控两种模式,一级调控、二级调控和临时故障等子模式,缩短系统频率异常时间。
