配电网无功电压混成自动控制研究

摘    要:配电网区域无功电压控制同输电网无功电压控制相比具有放射性、枢纽节点电压由主网确定以及无功负荷波动较大等特点;而传统的配电网无功控制方法往往基于时间基,缺乏在线控制的灵活性,引入混成控制思想,通过事件启动控制,从而使系统达到多目标的趋优运行状态,并探讨了地、市(省)调两级无功电压的协同控制模式,实现全网的安全性和经济性。给出了配电网无功电压混成控制(D-HAVC)的原理、控制模式以及系统实现,最后给出了应用实例。

Abstract:Compared with transmission networksr,eactive power and voltage control in regional distribution network has its own distinctive feature,such as radiation,the hub node voltage determined by the main transmission network and the reactive load fluctuations relatively great,etc.The conventional control schemes are usually time-based which lack the flexibility for online control.Based on event-driven strategy,a hybrid control approach is proposed to real-ize the multi-objective optimal control of power system....
