摘    要:以熔体流动指数每10 min 25 g的聚丙烯(PP)为原料,采用湍流法和快速冷却法,利用特殊的喷丝孔孔形及冷却装置开发三维自卷曲PP纤维,探讨了其生产工艺.结果表明:选择喷丝孔微孔直径为0.85mm,鸟嘴张角为83°,偏心开口的孔形,以干冰与冷冻水混合液为冷却介质的冷却水槽进行快速冷却,纺丝温度220 ~235℃,卷...

Abstract:By applying spinneret holes with special shape and a cooling unit,a three-dimensional self-crimp polypropylene (PP) fiber was prepared from PP with the melt flow index of 25 g per 10 min by turbulence method and fast cooling technology. The production process was discussed.The results showed that the resulted fiber had favorable crimp effect,the crimp number of 10 per 25 mm and the crimp rate of 22%when the conditions were as followed:spinneret hole diameter 0.85 mm,eccentric flare angle 83°,fast cooling tank using dry ice and chilled water as cooling medium,spinning temperature 220 -235℃,winding speed 400 m/min,spin pack pressure 1.5 -4.5 MPa.
