掠动叶对小型轴流风扇转子气动及声学特性的影响研究

摘    要:通过前掠、后掠以及径向小型轴流风扇转子流场的数值分析,研究了掠动叶对转子气动及声学特性的影响及其作用机理,并给出了由转子尾缘旋涡脱落而诱发的紊流噪声压值分布,该分布说明了前掠动叶提高了转子的声学特性。

Abstract:The influence of the swept blades on the aeroynamic and aeroacoustic property of the rotors of small axial flow fans is invstigated with numerical methods. The mechanism of the influence is also presented. Then sound pressure level of turbulent noise induced by rotors is estimated according to the physical model to explain the trubulent noise generated by the vortex shedding from the trailing edge of blades. The result indicates that the forward swept blade is profitable to controlling the turbulent noise compared with the aft swept and radial blades.
