| 摘 要： | 建设节约型社会、环境友好型社会,推动循环经济的发展,极大地促进了城市环保产业的发展。为解决资金短缺的压力,BOT融资模式在城市环保产业得到了越来越多的应用,文中阐述了这种应用的必要性、可行性、经营者的选择标准和要求、存在的问题、应对措施。

| Abstract: | To build resource - saving and qualified environment society and to develop circulation economy can greatly promote the development of city environment. In order to overcome the found shortage, BOT, a model of financing mechanism has been applied more and more in environment protection field . ~ais article introduces the necessity and feasibility of this application, the standard for option, requirement, existing problems and solutions. |
