摘    要:为了更好地利用雷达与ACARS进行空中目标监控,研究了雷达与ACARS的数据融合问题,提出了一种数据融合算法。对雷达与ACARS数据进行坐标变换和时空配准;对二者进行航迹关联,包括空间粗关联、逻辑航迹关联和多义性处理;对关联航迹进行融合。仿真结果表明,该算法可以提高空中目标监控的数据率,识别出雷达中的部分商用和通用航空飞机,得到目标更加详细和准确的信息。

Abstract:In order to monitor aerial targets by using radar and ACARS, the problem of radar and ACARS data fusion is discussed and a data fusion algorithm is proposed. The formulas of coordinate conversion and space-time alignment of radar and ACARS data are given. Then, the track correlation of radar and ACARS is proposed, including rough space correlation, logic track correlation and ambiguity processing. Finally, the track fusion of radar and ACARS is presented. The results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has increased data transfer rate of air targets monitored, identified partial commercial and general airplane of radar targets monitored, gained more detailed and accurate target information.
