凸轮轴横磨结合纵磨磨削工艺所产生问题的分析与研究

摘    要:在凸轮轴数控磨削过程中,为适应加工各种不同宽度凸轮的需求和降低被加工零件表面粗糙度,在对凸轮轴进行横磨的同时,工作台带动工件相对砂轮往复振荡,即在横磨的同时进行纵磨。这种磨削加工工艺有一定的优势,但同时会在被加工表面留下往复振荡的痕迹及出现磨削力的波动较大等现象和问题。本文针对这些现象和问题进行计算、实验和仿真,分析了问题产生的原因,寻找出了消除这种现象的途径和方法。

Abstract:In order to meet the needs of machining cams of different width and to reduce the roughness of the surface of the camshaft to be machined, its latitudinal grinding goes on at the same time with its longitudinal grinding. This grinding has its merits, but its force fluctuates gready and the trace of vibration appears on the surface of the camshaft. To solve the problems, we do some calculation, experiment and simulation, analyze their causes and seek the solutions for eliminating them.
