摘    要:黄河下游的洪水和泥沙淤积问题尚未得有效的控制,黄河流域水资源供需矛盾日益突出。近年来黄河下游河道主槽淤积抬升较多,中等洪水淹没范围增大;汛前河道断流是时间拉长,断流河段不段上延。本针对上述问题分析了引黄用水发展情况、引水引沙特点以及引黄用水对黄河下游径商、河道冲淤和防洪的影响。

Abstract:hile the problems of flood and sedimentation in the lower reaches of Yellow River arenot yet solved efficiently, the contradiction of water resource supply and demand are becoming increasingly acute. In recent years. in the main channel of the Yellow River lower reach course issilted up more than past, and inundated area is increasingly larger in middle flood, the dry up timebefore flood season becomes longer and the dried channel extends more and more up reaches. Thispaper is focused at these issues. analyzed the development of water use from Yellow River. thecharacteristics of water use and sediment diverting, and the influences of water intake on therunoff, channel sedimentation and flood protection in the lower reaches of Yellow River.
