基于UG的特殊零件加工及专用后置处理器的开发

摘    要:弯头管道零件两个接头部分轴线为空间异面,曲面构成复杂,加工质量难以保证。分析具体的弯头管道零件接头部分的构成,设计加工路线和数控加工程序,依据加工路线进行了数控机床的改造。对改造后的机床进行了结构分析,在后处理操作中,通过机床运动学求解及矢量转换,得到刀位点后置处理的计算方法并用TCL语言进行编程,实现了非正交机床的加工后置处理程序的编制。并成功应用于工程实际中,取得了明显的效果。

Abstract:A case study of a bend pipeline was taken. CNC programming and post processing were carried out. In post processing operation, according to the machine tools, the algorithms for the post processing of cutter location data were proposed, the corresponding formula of coordinate conversion were deduced, using TCL programming language, processing post-processing procedure of non-orthogonal machine was programmed. And it was applied in engineering practice successfully.
