| 摘 要： | 分析了国有化工企业、乡镇化工企业及“三资”化工企业的基本情况、发展优势及面临的困难和问题；对比了国有大、中型化工企业和“三资”化工企业的有关情况后，提出了国有大、中型化工企业与国外跨国公司的合资、合作问题，进而提出了国有化工企业改革方略及国有大型企业集团的运营对策。

| Abstract: | The principal situation, developmental superiority and faced difficuts of the nationalized enterprises, village and township ones and “three capital” ones were analyzed and compared. It has been offered that the large and middle scale chemical enterprises of the state should cooperate and unite with the external transnational corporations. And the reform pattern and managerial countermeasure of the nationalized enterprises have been also suggested. |
