摘    要:大型结构物的称重、顶升、平移、旋转是通过对多个液压千斤顶同步控制得以实现。大型结构物往往存在重量分布不均、支点跨距大、结构刚度不同等特点。在称重、顶升、平移过程中需要进行计算机同步控制,实现结构物的平稳顶升、下降、平移、旋转。大型结构物同步位移控制系统以工控机为核心,基于现场总线技术对压力传感器、位移传感器、液压比例控制系统等设备进行网络监控,与对多个支点同步协调控制和结构物精确称重的基础上,成功地完成了大型结构物的称重、顶升、平移、旋转多例工程。该系统已在工程中被广泛应用。

Abstract:The core of the control system of synchronous displacement for the large structures is the industrialized computer which controls the process of weighing, raise, translation and circumgyration. The computer is used to control and monitor the press sensor, the displacement sensor and the hydraulic proportion system are monitored and controlled by the field bus technology. Based on the synchronous control of the many fulcrum objects and the accurate measure and weighing of the structures, the process is accomplished. And now this system is used in the projects widely.
