摘    要:为了克服先进复合材料生产工艺的复杂性与分散性,结合光纤传感技术与专家系统建立了一套智能监控系统。新型的基于光纤微弯损耗原理的光纤传感器可以在线监测复合材料生产过程中的增强纤维所承担的压力,从而间接的得出树脂基体在固化过程中的粘度发展这个复合材料生产过程至关重要的参量。同时,建立了专家系统处理分析所监测到的过程参量,并根据这些参量来控制工艺参数如温度、压力等,从而实现先进复合材料的智能化生产。

Abstract:In order to overcome the diversity and instability of the curing process of thermosetting resin-matrix composite, an insitu monitoring and controlling system featured with microbend fiber optic sensors and expert system are suggested to improve the mechanial property of the composite structures. A novel sensor is developed to monitor the evolution of pressure borne by reinforcing fibers, hence the viscosity evolution of the resin can be revealed indirectly during the cure process. Meantime, an expert system is set up to optimize the parameters such as temperature and pressure. As a result, the cure process of advanced composites becomes more apparent and controllable.
