适合葡萄花油田微生物驱菌种的室内筛选与评价

摘    要:目前葡萄花油田过渡带的稠油如何开采已成为急需解决的问题。由于微生物能降解油层中的重烃组分,降低原油粘度从而有效的改善原油的流动性,并且微生物驱相对于其他开采技术成本较低。为了预测评价微生物驱的效果,开廖适合葡萄花油田微生物驱菌种的室内筛选与评价工作。研究结果表明:驱油菌种可大幅度降低原油粘度和重质组分含量,有效改善原油流动性并且驱油菌种混合后的降粘效果优于单一菌种;在水驱后采用调、驱菌种相结合,采收率可提高8%以上。

Abstract:The problem how to exploit dense oil in the Putaohua transition zone needs to be solved before long. Microorganism can degrade heavy hydrocarbon in the oil layer and decline the viscosity of crude oil, so it can availably improve the fluidity of crude oil, Furthermore, the cost of oil displacement with microorganism is lower, large numbers of experiments for estimating the effect of oil displacement with microorganism were carried out. The result of the research shows that bacterium of oil displacement can decline the viscosity of crude oil at the large extent, degrade heavy hydrocarbon in the oil layer at the large extent and improve the fluidity of crude oil. The mixture of several bacterium of oil displacement can achieve better effect than single bacterium at the viscosity of crude oil, The extraction ratio advances over 8% with the mixture of bacterium,
