干法乙炔及配套新型干法水泥技术的开发与应用

摘    要:介绍新疆天业(集团)有限公司干法乙炔中电石渣100%替代石灰石生产水泥的工艺及特点,与传统工艺进行对比,结果表明:干法乙炔工艺与湿法乙炔工艺相比,投资相当,占地面积减少40%,运行成本低;配套生产的干法水泥的抗压强度为:3天26.0~28.0MPa、28天50.0~52.0MPa。

Abstract:Process for production of cement by using carbide slags discharges trom tne ary process production of acetylene, which was adopted by Xinjiang Tianye (Group) Co. , Ltd. , to 100% substitute for limestone was introduced as well as its characteristics. This process was compared with the traditional process, and the results showed that (1) compared with the wet process for production of acetylene, the dry process for production of acetylene needed similar investment, lessened floor area by 40% and had lower operartion cost; (2) the compression strength of cement obtained by the accessary new dry process was 26.0-28.0 MPa after 3 days, 50.0-52.0 MPa after 28 days, resp.
