| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济时代的采临，创新正成为时代发展的主旋律，创新人才的培养关系到国家的前途和命运。思想政治教育理所当然也要在创新人才的培养中发挥自身的作用，对思想政治教育创新与创新型人才培养的问题进行了探讨。以期让思想政治教育在培养人的创新素质中发挥更好、更大的作用。

| Abstract: | Along with the times of knowledge economy approaching, the innovation is becoming the main topic of the day, the cultivation of the qualified persons relates the future and destifly of our country. The political thought education should play its own role in the innovation of qualified persons training. The paper discusses some problems on innovation of political thought education and the qualified persons training so as to make political thought education play role well. |
