| 摘 要： | 文章描述了利用自动测试系统对数字电路板进行仿真、测试和故障维修的方法。首先介绍了基于VXI总线的自动测试系统集成技术,然后探讨如何利用数字仿真软件自动为数字电路板生成测试向量和故障字典。最后给出了一个自动测试程序集成开发环境的体系结构,可以方便地利用自动测试系统为数字电路板开发自动测试程序和故障诊断程序。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the methods of simulation,testing and maintenance for digital circuit board through au-tomatic testing system.The techniques of integrating automatic testing system based on VXI bus are described firstly.Then the methods of how to generate testing vectors and faults dictionary for digital circuit board with simulation soft-ware are discussed.Finally,an environment architecture of developing automatic testing programs are given,which can be used to develop automatic testing and faults diagnoses programs conveniently. |
