金竹山发电厂4号机组锅炉12Cr1MoV导汽管组织性能评定

摘    要:采用化学成分分析、常温拉伸试验、金相及电镜分析、蠕变损伤观察、高温持久强度试验等方法,对金竹山发电厂4号机组锅炉12Cr1MoV导汽管组织及损伤进行综合分析与评定。试验结果表明:运行151609h后,该导汽管弯管处金相组织球化程度严重,蠕变损伤接近3级,常温抗拉强度和高温持久强度明显下降。在继续使用该导汽管时,需要对其弯管部加强监督,确保运行安全。

Abstract:Comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the structural damage and servicelife state for 12 Cr1MoV steam conduit from boiler of unit no4 in Jinzhushan Power Plant have been carried out by using many methods, such as analysis of chemical composition, elongation test under normal atmosphere temperature, metallurgical and electronic microscopic analysis, creep damage observation, endurance strength test under high temperature etc.. Test results show that the spheroidizing degree of metallurgical structure appeared at the elbow bent of said steam conduit after operation of 151609h to be serious, the creep damage approaches 3rd degree, and obvious reduction of tensile strength under normal atmosphere temperature and of endurance strenoth under high temperature. In continuous utilization of said steam conduit, supervision should be strengthened for its elbow bent, ensuring safe operation of the steam conduit.
