摘    要:对于有杆泵采油井,抽油杆缺损是影响抽油井免修期最主要因素之一,抽油杆缺陷井口探伤检测装置是根据电磁感应原理设计研制的,解决了油井作业过程中对抽油井作业过程中对抽油杆缺陷的探伤检测问题,从而淘汰缺陷超值杆。215口抽油井的现场应用情况表明;该装置保证了下井抽油杆的质量,解决了人工挑选过程中存在的弊端,延长了抽油井的免修期。

Abstract:The wellhead defect detection device of pumping wells is developed on the basis of electromagnetic induction theory. It can inspect the defect rods of pumping wells in the course of operation, and eliminate the defective ones. The application results of 215 wells show that it can ensure the quality of downhole pumping rods, solve the problem of the privious method which is by hand, and extend the period between overhauls. The working principle and the composition of the device, together with the technical features and the inspecting process are also to be found in this paper.
