摘    要:介绍了混合滤波器设计中开关器件IGBT的特性,讨论了EXB841为核心的IGBT驱动电路的搭建。给出了过电压吸收和过电流保护的改进办法。实验证明此驱动设计稳定有效。

Abstract:The principles of IGBT used in the design of power filter and its driver circuit based on EXB841 are introduced in details.Improved methods of over-current protection and over-voltage absorption are indicated also. Experiment results show the design is efficient and feasible.
