| 摘 要： | 系统地介绍了逆变器中IGBT的驱动与保护技术,给出了IGBT对驱动电路的要求,介绍了三菱公司的IGBT驱动电路M57962L以及IGBT的过压、过流、过热保护等措施。这些措施实用性强,保护效果好。
