大流量液控单向阀防冲击技术研究

摘    要:从大流量液控单向阀产生液压冲击的机理入手,分析大流量液控单向阀结构与产生液压冲击的关系,通过实验证明优化结构可有效减少液压冲击,为大流量液控单向阀结构设计提供了降低液压冲击的理论依据。

Abstract:Based on hydraulic impact mechanism of hydraulic-controlled non-return valve with large flow,structure of hydraulic-controlled non-return valve and its relationship with hydraulic impact is analyzed.Experiment has proved that structure optimization may reduce effectively hydraulic impact,which provide theoretical basis of reducing hydraulic impact for structure design of hydraulic-controlled non-return valve with large flow.
