基于PLC控制的便携式轮对跑合试验台检测系统

摘    要:研制了一种操作简单、使用方便的轮对跑合试验台检测系统,对轮对的跑合转速和轴承温度参数进行实时检测,并打印输出检测结果。本检测系统应用PLC作为主控单元,采用红外温度传感器测量轴箱体内部轴承的温度,用光电开关来测量轮对的平均转速,可有效的减轻检测人员的工作强度,提高检测效率。

Abstract:Developed a simple,easy to use wheel running test system, real-time detection of wheel running speed and the temperature of the bearing parameters, and print output. This system uses PLC as the main control unit, using in- frared temperature sensor for measuring axle box body temperature of the bearing, using photoelectric switch to measure the average speed of the Wheelsets. This can effectively reduce the work intensity of testing personnel and improve the detection efficiency.
