摘    要:S Zorb工业装置吸附剂使用过程中,如果硅酸锌的生成得不到有效控制,会导致硫存储能力不足,精制汽油总硫无法满足质量要求,已成为制约产品质量升级的主要问题.通过控制再生空气的水含量,降低了再生过程中的水蒸气分压;将还原反应移至反应器中发生,降低了反应过程中的水蒸气分压,减少了高压、氢气环境下吸附剂中硅酸锌的生成,吸附剂中硅酸锌的生成量得到有效控制,吸附剂硫存储能力得到保障,制约装置产品质量升级的问题得以解决.仅吸附剂消耗一项就可节省500×10^4 RMB¥/a的生产成本.

Abstract:In the application of absorbent in the commercial S Zorb unit,the failure of effective control of zinc silicate formation will result in insufficient sulfur storage capacity of absorbent,and it is difficult for the total sulfur in treated gasoline to meet the standard specifications,which will become the a major factor affecting the quality upgrading of oil products.Through control of water content in regeneration air,the partial pressure of steam in the regeneration process is reduced.When the reduction reaction is moved to the reactor,the partial pressure of steam in the reaction process is lowered,the zinc silicate formation in absorbent in highpressure and hydrogen environment is minimized and amount of zinc silicate formation is brought under control.As the result,the sulfur storage capacity of absorbent is ensured and the problem affecting the quality upgrading of oil products has been solved.The annual saving of absorbent consumption is 5.0 million Yuan RMB.
