中国石化甲醇制低碳烯烃(S-MTO)工艺与开车特点

摘    要:中国石油化工集团公司(中国石化)在中原石油化工有限责任公司新建首套0.6 Mt/a甲醇进料规模制低碳烯烃(S-MTO)工业示范装置,于2011年10月10日产出合格聚合级乙烯和丙烯,实现了安全、环保、一次投料开车成功之后,中国石化相继在鄂尔多斯中天合创能源有限公司煤化工基地用自主知识产权的全套专利技术建设2套1.80Mt/a甲醇进料S-MTO装置,在安徽淮南中安联合煤化工有限责任公司建设1套0.17 Mt/a S-MTO装置.通过对比S-MTO与流化催化裂化和乙烯深冷分离工艺在技术、开车运营方面的异同,总结了S-MTO装置的工艺与开车特点.0.6Mt/a甲醇进料S-MTO装置运行结果表明,对甲醇原料计双烯收率32.70%,产品总收率为40.97%,甲醇转化率为99.93%.

Abstract:The first 600,000 TPY commercial S-MTO demonstration plant was built up in SINOPEC Zhongyuan Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.by China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (SINOPEC).The plant was started up successfully at first trial,producing polymerization grade on-spec ethylene and propylene on October 10,2011.Mterward,SINOPEC has constructed another two 1.8 MM TPY S-MTO plants with its own proprietary package process technologies for Ordos coal chemical base in Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Resource Company Limited and 0.17 Mt/a TPY S-MTO plant in Zhong' an Alleid Coal-chemical Co.,Ltd.The differences in technology,start-up and operation of S-MTO process were compared with those of FCCU process and ethylene separation process.The characteristics of start-up and commissioning of S-MTO plants are summarized.The operation of the 600,000 TPY S-MTO plant demonstrates that the yields of ethylene and propylene are 32.70%,the total yield of product is 40.97% and methanol conversion rate is 99.93%.
