镁合金活性TIG焊与TIG焊的接头组织与性能分析

摘    要:采用TIG焊和活性TIG焊(A-TIG)方法对10mm厚的AZ31镁合金进行焊接。使用光学显微镜、扫描电镜等分析两种焊接方法焊接的接头外观形貌、显微组织等。试验结果表明:两种方法都能获得成形美观的焊缝,但采用活性剂可以获得更好的熔透效果;这两种方法获得的接头晶粒尺寸为焊缝区最大、母材区最小,并且打底焊与封面焊的组织形貌不完全相同;当采用TIG焊时,析出相主要在晶界上,而采用A-TIG焊时,在晶界与晶粒上都存在析出相;两种方法得到的焊接接头硬度都是焊缝区硬度最高,热影响区最低;两种方法得到的焊接接头强度基本一致,断裂部位在焊缝处。

Abstract:The 10 mm thick AZ31 Mg alloy was welded with AZ61 welding wire by TIG and A-TIG method. The appearance, microstructure, the patterns of welded joint welded by two welding methods were analyzed by means of OM ,SEM,and etc. The result showed that the appearance of joint welded by these two methods was perfect,and the penetration by A-TIG was better than by TIG .
