对优先浮铅流程中抑制剂的种类和用量进行了试验研究。通过对抑制剂单一使用和混合使用的对比试验,最终选择在碱性条件下,碳酸钠与硫酸锌的最佳配比为200:800,闭路试验获得的铅精矿中铅品位为51.11%、金精矿中金品位23.32 g/t,铅回收率为76.69%,金和银的总回收率分别为81.03%和75.69%。

Selection of Inhibitors in the Flotation Separation of Pb-S

This paper discusses the kind and amount of inhibitors in preferential flotation of lead process. Based on the comparison of single reagent and mixed reagents. The final choice is the optimal ratio of sodium carbonate:zinc sulfate =200:800g/t in alkaline conditions. In the closed-circuit test, the results of lead grade was 51.11% in lead concentrates, and the gold grade is 23.32g/t in gold concentrates, lead recovery rate was 76.69%, the total recovery of gold and silver was respectively 81.03% and 75.69%.
