摘    要:新疆某富铁铅银矿石氧化率高,矿石性质复杂,易泥化,导致有用矿物的有效回收异常困难。试验根据矿石特点,采用优先浮选工艺流程,组合用药强化铅、银回收,最终获得了铅品位60.12%、含银1 536.68 g/t,铅、银回收率分别为17.31%和61.55%的硫化铅银精矿和铅品位58.10%、含银2 569.97 g/t,铅、银回收率分别为36.83%和22.67%的氧化铅精矿,实现了铅和银的有效回收。

Abstract:A rich iron lead-silver ore in Sinkiang is characterized by high oxidation level, complex properties and sliming. As a result, the effective recovery of valuable minerals is exceedingly difficult. In the light of characteristics of the ores, using preferential floatation process and combined reagent, lead sulfide-silver concentrate with the grade of lead 60.12% and silver 1536.68g?t-1 ,and the recovery of lead 17.31% and silver 61.55% is obtained, while the lead oxide concentrate with the grade of lead 58.10% and silver 2569.97g?t-1 ,and the recovery of lead 36.83% and silver 22.67% is also obtained, which realizes the effective recovery of lead and silver.
