喷射布胶胶液累积体积及其平均流速数值模拟

摘    要:从喷射器出口端积聚的胶液体积及其平均流速,对胶滴形成及其特性具有重要的影响.喷射器出口胶液的流量是时刻变化的,导致在喷嘴出口端积聚的胶液体积及其平均流速不断变化.分别建立了牛顿流体和非牛顿流体胶液累积体积及其平均流速的离散化计算公式,结合ANSYS仿真得到的喷嘴出口处中心速度,通过MATLAB程序计算了喷射器一定参数条件下喷出胶液的累积体积及其平均流速.

Abstract:The fluid volume and mean flow velocity accumulating at the outlet of the jet-dispenser have great influence on drop formation and its characteristic, meanwhile the continuous changing resulted by fluid flow at the outlet of the jet-dispenser which changing follow the time. The calculation formula of cumulative fluid volume and mean flow velocity were deduced through numerical simulation result, then cumulative fluid volume and central velocity at the mean flow velocity were conditions of jet-dispenser parameters by MATLAB program.
