石油套管几何缺陷对抗挤强度的影响

摘    要:在考虑几何缺陷等因素的条件下,建立了计算套管挤毁的有限元模型,并根据试验结果对模型进行了验证。该模型具有较高的计算精度,可用于石油套管挤毁计算的有限元模拟。将不圆度和壁厚不均度分开考虑,分别计算出其中一种缺陷因素影响下套管的抗挤强度。结果表明,理想圆管的承载能力高于存在几何缺陷的套管;不圆度对抗挤强度的影响较大;壁厚不均度的影响相对较小。

Abstract:A finite element model which contains the effects on geometric imperfections has been modified by many experiments. According to the experimental data and the finite element analysis, the finite element model of casing collapse was very accurate. Considering ovality and eccentricity separately, anti collapse strength could be calculated. A conclusion was made that extrusion strength of perfect casing was heavier than that of imperfect casing. Ovality was the most important factor of anti-collapse strength. Eccentricity had less effect on anti-collapse strength.
