| 摘 要： | 利用激光散射法对健康人血中的纤维蛋白原及生物制品白蛋白的光散射特性进行了研究，测量了不同浓渡下这两种大分子的散射光强和透射光强，并给出了相应的微现散射系数，对研究血中成分的微观特性和基于光散射方法设计医疗检测仪器提供了理论依据．

| Abstract: | The light scattering properties of fibrinogen and albumin of healthy human were studied with a He-Ne laser.The transmitting light and scattering light were measured under different concentrations and the scattering coefficients were calculated based on the experiments.It is valuable for the design of medical instrument. |
