高品位巴西铁精矿粉在烧结生产中的应用研究

摘    要:对某巴西精矿的烧结特性和烧结规律进行了试验研究与分析,结果表明:该精矿是1种高铁低硅矿粉,有利于提高烧结矿品位,但其烧结性能较差,对烧结矿转鼓强度、成品率及冶金性能有不利影响。将该精矿配比控制在5%以内,同时将碱度和水分按上限控制,有利于提高烧结矿产量和质量。

Abstract:Sinter properties and sintering regular patterns of a Brazilian concentrate are studied and analyzed by experiments.The results show that the Brazilian concentrate with high iron content and low silicon content can increase the grade of sinter but have unfavorable effects on tumbler strength,product rate and metallurgical properties.Sinter output and quality can be improved by controlling the Brazilian concentrate ratio within 5 % and basicity and moisture at top limit in sintering charge.
